How do I pay via Bank Transfer (IBFT)?
Select “Direct bank transfer” as Payment Option at checkout. Our bank details will be displayed immediately after you click “Place Order”. Once paid, please WhatsApp your Order ID and payment transfer receipt to 03374866669 to move your order from on-hold to confirmed.

When will I receive my order?
- Within Lahore:Â Same-working-day delivery (applicable for orders placed before 4:00 PM) for selected areas; 2 to 4 working days for others
- Outside Lahore (Small/Medium):Â 2 to 7 working days for COD; 2 to 4 working days for online payments

Deliveries within Lahore are handled by our dedicated riders or via our partner, Leopards Courier depending on the area. All orders outside Karachi are shipped via courier.
